Course description: :

This education is your first step to start your career as a Group-Fitness Instructor. It is also prerequisite for all further training in the course area. It gives you important basic knowledge in practice and theory. To conduct courses later professionally and independently we offer during the training program various trainings to build on each other.

Training Objectives:

You will receive the necessary knowledge and skills for a variety of further training in group fitness area .

Training content:

• posture and technique
• Music includes " cueing " verbal and nonverbal, music and rhythm school
• First teaching to the group "Face to Face"
• Arrangement of bases for different Warm Ups
• Teaching Skills
• First choreographic techniques and the first construction methods

Trainings Fee: 12000INR plus Service Tax
Exam Fee: 4000INR plus Service Tax

Duration of Training: 3 days plus 1 day exam
