IFAA- INDIA with its vision “Raising fitness standards to new dimensions” is mainly classified into two segments, firstly the IFAA Academy which is driven with the desire to make fitness education more accessible to those who would want to make a career in the Indian Fitness & Wellness sector and secondly, The IFAA Convention & Congress which acts as a platform to introduce new and improved programs and training techniques from all over the world.

KEZBAN KLEIN
Kezban Klein was born and brought up in Germany, having her roots in Turkey. She worked nearly a decade as a Sales Consultant, Corporate Manager and Sales Manager at the hugely successful Holmes Place Health Clubs in Germany before she came to India 5 years ago. Apart from a successful stint as Club Manager at Zela Luxury Health Clubs in Bangalore, she spent a lot of time and effort in understanding the Indian culture and its people. She is also a huge fan of Bollywood music and movies. But her passion is fitness. She loves to work out and lead by example, thus inspiring others to live a healthier and fitter life.
ANUPAMA SHETTY
Anu worked in the IT sector for 5 years before she moved into the fitness and wellness sector. She started as an EA at Zela Luxury health clubs in Bangalore and went on to become a club manager for their second branch in Marathahalli Bangalore in the span of 2 years. Apart from her passion for fitness and living healthy, she’s an absolute book worm with a weakness for adventure and travel. She enjoys watching movies when she isn’t lost in a novel or travelling.
MARTIN KLEIN
Owner of 'Markez International Business Consultancy' and shareholder in several companies in the fitness branch
Sports Teacher & economist; Licensed Personal Trainer and fitness Master Trainer
Martin was a competitive athlete on the German national rowing team. He continues to be a very passionate sports and fitness enthusiast and professional. His vision is to bring sports, health and quality into people's lives.
As CEO and COO of many German companies, Martin supported and helped them increase their turnover. As a well-known consultant and motivational speaker, Martin has ushered novel concepts and brought international standard operational processes.
He continues to coach Managers and Business Owners to make a change and to be different in the market. He also trains people at all levels in the fitness industry, with one goal in mind: To make their businesses more profitable and successful.
Martin has helped companies hike revenues 150% by giving them the right vision, installing the right structures, inculcating business culture, altering attitudes & behaviour of the staff, and driving motivation. In recent times he has lent his expertise to big chains like Holmes Place Health Clubs (Europe), Zela Luxury Health Club (India) and Cardio Fitness (India).
