LABOOCA® (Latin Bootcamp)

Training description:  
Sports fanatics, are you ready? You have something to look forward to: A new fitness program is about to conquer the world! LABOOCA®, which stands for 'Latin Bootcamp', proves to be a workout that targets your muscles, tones your body and makes you sweat. Mixing brandnew exercises, moves from bootcamp and tae bo and supple and sexy dance moves, the outcome is an amazing fitness experience you'll want to repeat over and over again!.

Training objectives:  
You will acquire a solid foundation for balanced courses, what will be an advantage for different course formats too.
After training you can teach sweaty and energetic LABOOCA® classes .

• Basic principles of LABOOCA® and their application to different target groups
• Exercises in standing and sitting positions
• different choreographies

Dates 2015:

Fees of  certificate training in Mumbai during the Convention: 8000 INR + service tax (only at the IFAA Fitness Convention)

Fees for externals for the Masterclass on the 1st of Oct: 1000 INR plus service tax
