PT TECHNIQUES 1 - Manual Resistance and Assisted Stretching

Training description:

Manual Resistance allows you to have productive training sessions without having to rely on any equipment. Performed properly, it can maximally stimulate improvements in muscular strength and endurance. Manual resistance will be the most intense training you can do with your clients, if he/she is willing to push themselfs to and beyond their limits!

Assisted Stretching is currently the fastest and most effective way known to increase muscle flexibility. It actually combines passive and isometric stretching to achieve maximum static flexibility. Stretch the muscle, contract it isometrically against resistance, then stretch it again. high effective and your clients will love it.

Training objectives: 
This training enables you to conduct a perfect PT SESSION. You can train your client in a very different way and have a command over various exercise sequences.

• Basic knowledge of functional anatomy and training experience (e.g. Fitness trainer B-License):

PT TECHNIQUES 2 - Move & Prep / MINIBANDS and Myofacial Release (BLACKROLL®)

Training description:

Doing them "before" you workout prepares you to move better in your other activities. The “Movement Prep” exercises come from performance training expert Mark Verstegen. It challenges your core to get strong while challenging your joints to open up with more functional mobility. It is important that you work on improving core and mobility daily so you can move better! Movement Prep corrects improper movement patterns--which will then allow you to perform better in the weight room. The Movement Prep is designed as an active or “dynamic” warm-up. Doing them “before” you workout prepares you to move better in your other activities.

Myofascial Release is a techniques on a simple piece of foam. You improve flexibility, function, performance, and reduce injuries. With the help of the BLACKROLL® you can noticeably improve your flexibility and capacity of the muscular system with just little effort and simple exercises. Regular and targeted training regenerates the muscles and ensures prolonging release of tension and a higher performance of the muscles.

Training objectives: 
This training enables gives you a large variety of applications with the BLACKROLL®. You are able to do an effective full body workout. Dynamic mobilization balance optimization, strength training and acceleration of recovery
You can make the body perform better while at the same time, avoiding injuries occur-ring from overuse.

Suspension Training® Course // STC

Training description: 
The aim of the training is to impart the state-of-the-art training concepts in the field of Suspension Training competently. The STC training is targeted for personal, athletic and fitness trainers. Functional Strength and Stabilisation Training

Training description: 

With own body weight, free weight and Cable pulley/ Wire rope hoist

Within the realms of the functional whole body workout, working with own body weight, free weights (dumbbells and barbells, medicine ball, etc) and pulling systems is increasingly gaining importance. So innovative and result-oriented forms and variations of exercises are introduced. Emphasis is given on the practical work with time-efficient and wide-ranging examples from the field of fitness training, therapy and competitive sport. The golden rule says: From easy to difficult and from simple to complex exercises.

Training objectives: 
Through this practice-oriented workshop, you will be able to conduct an effective training in the field of fitness, therapy and competitive sport for your customers. You can directly put the exercises learnt into practice.

Basic knowledge of functional anatomy and training experience (e.g. Fitness trainer B-License):

KETTLEBELL COACH // PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATION

Training description: 

KettleBell workout is a perfect group-fitness cardio workout. Free of choreography, it offers women and men a whole body work-out with the KettleBell (Cannonball-like dumbbell). The training offers functional exercises, a characteristic of this training, blended with a perfect cardio workout. Since the weight of a kettlebell hangs a few inches below its handle, a wide range of swing-action exercises can be performed. A perfect work-out with fast results and loads of fun.  
 
Training objectives: 

This training enables you to conduct a perfect KettleBell course in the studio. You can teach basics and know the Do's and Don'ts and have a command over various exercise sequences.

Training prerequisites to become a KETTLEBELL COACH: 

• Group-Fitness basics
International Fitness B trainer or a relevant specialised vocational training (e.g. Sport scientist or physiotherapist)

Certificate of participation in a course on immediate life saving measures (not older than 3 years)

Training contents:
